Wouldn't call those the equivalent to read-along books and tapes  Graphic novels have been around for decades, so not a new phenomenon |

I briefly had a look and it seems some of them can be bought off Ebay and Amazon. Loads of ones from the early 90's are about though.

I mostly gave up trying to sell anything on ebay after not being able to put postage on certain items. Worked out that I'd lose money by having to shell out for postage myself.
