Does anyone recall a strange short cartoon, involving a couple of small animals (a cat and bird??)) that got up to all sorts of mischief? As far as I remember there was no actual dialogue, just music that summed up the atmosphere.
It was either called Tic and Tac, or Tic Tac Toe, since the theme of the show was tic tac toe being repeated sung. The characters themselves were Tic and Tac.
I remember it being on TCC in the mornings around '92-'93 though it might have been also on in '94.

only cartoon that i know of that has a cat and a bird in it is Sylvester and tweedy  |

I think it's one of those things which I'm never gonna find. Not even an ancient TCC cartoon listing had anything like it, yet I remember it as clear as day.

TCC was the name of the channel here in the UK. Don't think it had a US counterpart.

That show is sounding vaguely familiar to me and ringing a slight bell with me right now, although not fully  Will have to try and look it up somewhere to try and jog my memory a bit more |

I've been searching for it on and off for a few years, and never been any of the wiser. If it wasn't for an old school friend of mine watching it too then I would think I was just going crazy lol

According to a Wikipedia entry I just looked up as nearest the description search as I could possibly get, Tic et Tac is the French name equivalent for Chip And Dale  |

 What the heck was that? And on another note, I still get the theme stuck in my head of the actual cartoon. Maybe one of these days I'll find out what it really was...
